After months of constant use, I can say this sleeve has definitely saved my Macbook from several accidents. I keep my laptop in a regular JanSport backpack, thus it's kind of subject to a lot of abuse from taking it off/on constantly and all the other textbooks and materials that I keep in my bag.However, this case has protected my macbook from any scratches that would have have occurred otherwise.
